Jessica Jordan for Bloomsburg Town Council

"Hi! My name is Jessica Jordan and I am running for a seat on Bloomsburg’s Town Council.

I grew up in Bloomsburg, and spent some time in Pittsburgh for college, and the state of Washington, until I returned to become a graduate of Bloomsburg University for a bachelors degree in psychology. I have resided in the town of Bloomsburg for the last 12 years, and continued my education with a master’s degree in social work while waitressing. 

I spent some time in the field of social work, but then began a pet sitting business, which I continue to absolutely love. I have and will continue to be an advocate for animals, the LGBTQ+ community, and mental health. In my free time, I enjoy being with my husband and daughter, walking, spending time with my pets, and reading. I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited to see what I can assist with in this town I’ve always called home!"
