Daniel Lynn for District Attorney

Daniel Lynn has served as an Assistant District Attorney for Columbia

County for twelve years and has been our first and only full-time ADA since

2017. 

He has prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from traffic violations

to murder. Born and raised in Berwick, Daniel cares deeply about keeping

our communities safe and pursuing justice for crime victims. 

He will continue to work with law enforcement and community groups to both

prevent and prosecute crime. His priorities include addressing the ongoing

opioid/methamphetamine crisis through facilitating substance abuse

treatment and prosecuting suppliers, public awareness of elder fraud and

abuse, and modernizing case and evidence management systems.
